As we expand across Spain, Europe, and Latin America, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development SDR to join our growing team.
This is more than a sales role it's an opportunity to work directly with the founders, build strategic partnerships, and help scale an innovative AI startup with integral ambitions.

What you'll do
Identify and engage universities, employers, and strategic partners
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Build relationships through strategic outreach, LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking
Book meetings and support product demonstrations
Represent MyTrencher at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
Help grow our commercial pipeline and expand our international presence
What we're looking for
Experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, or EdTech B2B SaaS sales




Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) – essential
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
An interest in AI, education, innovation, or technology
