In this Manager role within BCG Vantage, you partner with general teams to guide data, digital, and AI transformations for clients, shaping enterprise-wide strategy and platform enablement. You will act as a thought partner, translating business needs into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions and leading development of proprietary assets. You’ll influence case teams, lead product and go-to-market efforts, and may line-manage junior colleagues. Your work spans architecture, cloud modernization, and vendor strategy to deliver measurable impact.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform topics and/or AI/digital product development and management
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Expertise in data/digital platform strategy, architecture, enterprise AI/GenAI, and cloud/infrastructure modernization
• Experience with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context
• Solid understanding of modern data/tech architectures and translating business requirements to technical concepts
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
• Fluency in English; other languages optional
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects with commercial impact
• Willingness to line-manage junior colleagues in some contexts
