Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the company-wide Quality Management System, ensuring standardization and conformance across regions. You will partner with Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams to drive prevention, performance metrics, and continuous improvement within a integral QMS framework. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and preventing quality issues while aligning with global standards. You’ll influence management decisions with data-driven insights and promote a proactive quality culture in a hybrid, multi-site environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality roles
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 certifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
