As MX Partner Experience Sr. Project Manager, you will optimize partner support operations globally and enhance the partner journey across support channels. You will blend data-driven problem solving with strong stakeholder management and end-to-end project execution to turn operational gaps into scalable improvements. You will focus on key metrics like partner satisfaction, contact ratio, churn and costs, acting as the bridge between Commercial and MX to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes. You’ll bring clarity to a complex, multi-initiative environment and help scale new service processes across markets.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to query data and translate insights into operational improvements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure complexity and define concrete next steps
• Solid stakeholder management and ability to influence across Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance and Product/Tech
• Project management experience across initiatives from problem identification to results tracking
• Effective prioritization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities for business impact
• Problem-solving skills to break down complex issues and design scalable, compliant solutions
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations or similar roles
• AI mindset: using AI to boost productivity and efficiency
• Ownership, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Language: Fluent in English
