Join a 24-month European program designed to expose you to key business functions through rotations in engineering, maintenance, and supporting roles. You’ll gain hands-on experience in CAPEX planning, project execution, and automation-focused design, with international site exposure. The program emphasizes formal training, coaching, and mentoring to accelerate your development. You will be placed in a leading engineering role aligned with your strengths after completion, within a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead or support CAPEX project planning, budgeting, execution and financial follow-up in the EMEA region
• Develop and validate new equipment solutions with emphasis on automation and digitalization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address technical requests
• Support standardization of the CMMS and management of critical spare parts
• Develop data management solutions to streamline processes across manufacturing sites




• Possible short placements in Production and Technology and exposure to EHu0026S and Finance
• Participate in engineering rotations abroad and site visits to broaden process and technology understanding

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Up to 2 years of experience including internship or student projects
• Exposure to PLC programming and automation integration is a strong advantage
• Strong desire to learn and make an impact in polymer and chemical industry
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Active listening and ability to work independently and in a team
• EU Category B driving license
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
