Experteer Overview
As a German-speaking Business Development Manager, you drive recruitment and onboarding of German merchants to Kingfisher Marketplaces. You own end-to-end sales cycles, build a strategy to recruit merchants, and secure leadership approvals to implement it. You will cultivate a strong German merchant ecosystem and partner with agencies and aggregators to accelerate marketplace growth. The role sits in the Marketplace Group, offering cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape European marketplace expansion.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle to onboard German merchants onto Kingfisher Marketplaces (Bu0026Q, Bricot Depot Iberia, Castorama Poland, Castorama France)
• Develop and present a recruitment strategy to banner leaders and secure necessary approvals
• Own execution and implementation of recruitment strategy
• Inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification of cold prospects
• Identify high-quality German merchant leads and build a robust pipeline for eligible categories




• Deliver and exceed reach-out and contract-sign targets through a dedicated recruitment plan
• Build an ecosystem to recruit German merchants and engage strategic partners via negotiations
• Develop strategic partnerships with German-market agencies and aggregators (e.g., Feedonomics, Linnworks, chamber of commerce)

Responsabilidades
• Experience in marketplace sales, business development, or account management as an individual contributor
• Experience working with German-based brands/merchants
• Fluent German
• Proven track record in internal and external relationship management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
• Exposure to working with global teams (Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Portugal, UK)
