What's the challenge?You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

You'll be working on:Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.Configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).Participating in functional testing, validations and production releases.Creating functional and technical documentation.Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What we're looking for:Experience or academic background in SAP HCMKnowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)Understanding of Payroll (PY)
