✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Operate and evolve an enterprise event management ecosystem based on Splunk ITSI.
- Own the episode lifecycle, including correlation, aggregation, prioritisation and remediation activities.
- Onboard new monitoring sources from ingestion through production deployment.
- Manage integrations across monitoring, ITSM and on-call platforms.
- Design and deliver automated remediation capabilities and recovery actions.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted operational agents and knowledge retrieval capabilities.
- Evaluate, pilot and support migrations to new AIOps platforms and tooling.
- Perform incident investigations, root cause analysis and operational documentation management.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Years' experience: 3 to 10 years

English: B2

Required qualification: FP or university degree

- Hands-on experience with enterprise event management or AIOps platforms.
- Strong integration engineering skills using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Production-level Python development experience.
- Experience with CI/CD delivery practices.
- ITIL incident, problem and change awareness.
- Agile/SAFe delivery experience.

Work Schedule: 8x5 + oncall, 9:00AM – 18:00PM
