Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end security and regulatory compliance for Europe offerings, partnering with legal, security, and privacy SMEs to embed requirements early in the lifecycle. You educate product teams, perform proactive risk assessments, and report on compliance status to leadership. You’ll drive continuous improvement of GRC processes and align with evolving European regulations to support secure, ethical product development. This role sits in the Readiness and Release team and supports cross-border European offerings.

• Educate teams on security/compliance practices and changes
• Conduct proactive assessments to identify gaps and drive mitigation before release

• Contribute to documentation and reporting on compliance status and risks
• Monitor processes/tools for continuous improvement and stay aware of industry trends

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading GRC, assurance, audit, or product assurance activities in tech/services
• Experience assessing security controls in technology products, cloud services, or digital offerings
• Strong understanding of European regulations (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, control reviews, and remediation tracking
• Excellent organizational, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive risk mitigation
• Strong written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
