Beepings is a fast-growing IoT company helping people protect what they own — through GPS trackers sold across Europe via car shops, moto shops, and automotive retail networks. Our ambition is to become the go-to tracking brand across Europe and beyond. We're building the commercial team that will take us there — and the people joining now will grow with us.
We're looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero.
All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once.
Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.
Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT)
Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketing
Performance tracking — flag underperforming agents to Sales Manager early




Full professional proficiency in Italian and Spanish — both required
~2–4 years B2B sales with a track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing ones
~ Strong relationship-builder with small business owners — shop owners are your target customer
~ CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent) + Aircall comfortable

French or English working level (for internal coordination)
Automotive, retail, or distribution background
Fast-growing company at an early enough stage that your impact actually shows up
