As a Process Engineer at INBRAIN, you will translate prototype designs into reliable, scalable wafer-level manufacturing. You will design and optimize semiconductor and microfabrication processes, drive yield improvements, and support cross-functional transfer from development to production. Your work will help bring advanced, graphene‑influenced neural technologies to patients, impacting global healthcare. You will collaborate across engineering, production, and external partners in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

• Support Development-to-Production Transfer: move prototypes into controlled manufacturing with focus on yield, robustness, and readiness; maintain BOMs, process bills, equipment specs, recipes, testing protocols, and work instructions
• Develop, optimize and scale wafer-level processes (lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, polymer processing, cleaning, bonding)
• Conduct cleanroom/lab activities: wafer processing, sample prep, inspection, characterization, data collection
• Troubleshoot process issues including materials, adhesion, patterning, contamination and integration
• Plan and execute experiments/DOEs to establish process windows, improve yield and reduce variability
• Assist equipment selection, installation, qualification, process bring-up and tool acceptance
• Coordinate with foundries, suppliers, and labs
• Apply SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis to improve process stability
• Prepare and maintain process documentation,



risk assessments and technical reports
• Communicate deviations and risks promptly; take ownership of technical activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction, scale-up and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
• ≥3 years hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, microfabrication, MEMS or related cleanroom environment
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience with multiple semiconductor process technologies (lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, polymer processing, plasma processing, cleaning, bonding)
• Experience transferring processes from development to pilot production or manufacturing
• Understanding of process integration, adhesion, contamination control and multilayer structures
• Experience planning experiments, analyzing process data, and root-cause analysis
• Experience working with equipment, wafers, samples and process materials
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining controlled manufacturing records
• Familiarity with DOE, SPC and FMEA
• Ability to work independently and deliver on commitments
• Collaborative, adaptable and clear communicator
