? I'm Hiring: SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant | Permanent or Freelance | Remote/Adaptable

Are you an experienced SAP HCM / SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant looking for your next opportunity with an established international organisation?

I'm looking for a SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant to join a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering successful SAP Payroll implementation projects across Spain.

? What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Gather customer requirements and lead business workshops

• Configure SAP Spanish Payroll based on approved Business Blueprints / Payroll Workbooks

• Work closely with offshore teams on generic payroll configuration

• Prepare key project documentation, including Business Blueprints, Wage Type Catalogues, YTD Documents, Data Migration Plans, Test Plans and Training Plans

• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and senior management in English

• Monitor and report project progress, risks and issues

• Identify and manage out-of-scope requirements

• Work within Agile project methodologies





• Collaborate with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery

? What We’re Looking For

Essential:

✅ 3+ years’ experience working with SAP HCM in Spain, with a strong focus on Payroll

✅ At least 1 full-cycle SAP Spanish Payroll implementation projects in a similar consulting role

✅ Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll schema configuration, as well as PA and PY customising

✅ Solid knowledge of HR processes, particularly Personnel Administration and Payroll

✅ Experience with SAP Payroll / SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation methodologies

✅ Fluent Spanish and medium/high-level English
