Experteer Overview
In this role, you counsel on privacy compliance and support general privacy programs to enable Delivery Hero’s growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align business initiatives with regulatory standards and mitigate risks. You’ll handle privacy contracting, DPIAs, data mappings, and governance, contributing to responsible AI and data protection practices. This position offers a hands-on, collaborative environment in a fast-paced tech company with a global scope.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
• Give risk-based privacy guidance for new products and initiatives
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence
• Support data mapping and DPIAs for processing activities
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures
• Assist communications to DH Group management boards and risk committees




• Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to AI governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
• 2 to 3 years of experience in data protection / privacy
• Law degree (Bachelor or comparable)
• Experience advising online technology companies across jurisdictions is a plus
• Excellent English skills; Polish/Spanish/German a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, ownership-minded with initiative-taking
