Experteer Overview
In this role you lead hands-on Celonis deployments for enterprise customers in the Iberia u0026amp; LATAM region, combining platform mastery with AI-augmented workflows to deliver fast, high-value outcomes. You guide a team of consultants, shape pre- and post-sales delivery, and ensure customer adoption and measurable impact. You operate as a product expert who defines what to build and directs AI agents to execute, while validating relevance to business needs. This is a strategic, customer-facing delivery leadership role with strong emphasis on architecture, judgment, and value realization.

• Design tailored deployment roadmaps and implementation strategies aligned with customer maturity (pre-sales)
• Estimate project timelines, team structures, and professional services effort for proposals
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Value Engineers to translate business cases into deployment plans
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW) with scope, deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria
• Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases through business discovery
• Define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria with IT and business stakeholders
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards, validating outputs against requirements
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform (Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, operational solutions)
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis, in close collaboration with customers
• Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process efficiency and adoption
• Define and build KPIs to quantify business impact and success
• Design operational solutions to drive value, adoption, and conformance




• Enable customer users to operate the solution independently for long-term adoption
• Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and expectations
• Train and demonstrate to customer users and document solution design decisions for handover
• Develop domain expertise in one or more processes or industries and translate into scalable patterns
• Standardize high-value use cases and influence platform roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement in software vendors or SI firms
• Pre-sales consulting experience
• Track record in complex IT/SAP transformations, process optimization, and PQL/SQL/Python technical capability
• AI fluency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to write clear specifications
• Experience with prompt/context engineering is a strong plus
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise processes and financial metrics; ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle) a strong bonus
• Consulting skills to manage workshops, stakeholders, and outcomes under ambiguity
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and quantify impact
• Learning agility and comfort with evolving tools and ambiguity
• Bachelor's or Master's in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• English and Spanish fluency; Portuguese beneficial
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer delivery phases
