You will write the scripts behind our YouTube output: the hooks, the structure, the retention beats and the calls to action. This is long-form persuasion in a format where the audience leaves the moment they are bored, and where the difference between a good script and an average one is measured publicly in the retention graph.
Our subject matter is health and supplements. It is a regulated category, which means the strongest version of a claim is usually the one you cannot make. Good writers here treat that as a constraint to write around, not a reason to be vague.
What you will be doing
- Write scripts. Hook, structure, retention beats, close.
- Write for the graph. Read retention data on what shipped and change the next script because of it.
- Research. Every claim needs a source. You will read the study, not the headline about the study.
