Experteer Overview
In this Production role, you will drive continuous improvement and stability of manufacturing processes to eliminate losses, defects and waste, applying UMS methods and serving as a technical reference for operations. You’ll contribute to developing semi-autonomous teams with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability. You’ll tackle complex loss root causes, deploy digital and automation solutions, and help scale best practices across lines. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape factory performance and enable zero-defect, zero-waste outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Analyze losses and operational problems to identify root causes through on-floor observation and data analysis
• Design and drive action plans and Run to Standard implementations including SMED, AM activities, and machine settings
• Establish and validate technical operating standards
• Act as technical trainer for line teams on root-cause analysis and countermeasures
• Analyze operational data to detect patterns and support data-driven decisions




• Validate process improvements and update basic conditions on the line
• Lead or coordinate digital and automation project deployments
• Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to implement improvements
• Optimize process design, resource allocation and NVAA reduction
• Identify and propagate good practices across lines
• Foster a safety, quality and continuous improvement culture as a reference for good practices

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, robotics) with FMCG background
• 2 years of experience
• Data analysis and visualization tools knowledge; statistics and process control; basics of coding; technical drawing / 3D modelling
• Spanish native or full professional proficiency; English at intermediate level
• Business acumen linking manufacturing performance to finance KPIs; project management awareness; Bias for Action, Accountability u0026 Responsibility, Growth Mindset and Consumer Love
