We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with 5+ years of audit experience who wants greater ownership, broader client exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, leading engagements from planning through to completion.

You will have significant responsibility for:

- Leading, developing and motivating audit teams.
- Managing and strengthening client relationships.
- Delivering high-quality audits across a varied client portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across Madrid and other Spanish offices.
- Developing your technical, commercial and leadership skills with excellent opportunities for progression.

About You:





- Fluent Spanish and English – essential.
- 5+ years' audit experience, ideally within a Big 4 or leading professional services environment.
- Strong experience managing audit engagements and teams.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- A collaborative, ambitious and commercially minded approach.
