Lead end-to-end Data projects: Define problem statement, analyze data,



design algorithms & advanced models, and implement your solutions in production
Effectively lead and mentor Junior Data Scientists, serving as a role model and providing guidance for their development and growth
Contribute your ideas & innovative initiatives as part of the Data team's continuous improvement efforts
At least 4 years of experience as Data Scientist
Robust knowledge of Statistics, Big Data, ML algorithms and NLP techniques
Robust knowledge of Python and PySpark
You're fluent (C1) in both Spanish and English
Base pay + performance bonus, private health insurance, Gympass and pension plan
~Hybrid mode: 2 days in office 3 days in remote
