Experteer Overview
In this role you drive clinical development activities within NAMSA’s Clinical Department, coordinating general and regional operations to meet client expectations. You will lead project teams, balance regulatory and procedural requirements, and contribute to NAMSA’s growth through proactive solutions and client engagement. You’ll work closely with global and regional leaders to align local needs with the global approach, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets. This is an opportunity to influence clinical trial execution and expand NAMSA’s service footprint in MedTech development.

• Plan and coordinate global and regional clinical, biostatistics and data management activities
• Manage and/or lead Clinical Associates and project teams
• Allocate workload and oversee multiple projects, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ensure client expectations on schedule, cost, and quality are met
• Coach and develop staff, including training plans and career growth
• Support internal improvement initiatives and NAMSA’s long-term growth
• Assist with budget forecasting, scheduling expenditures, and variance analysis
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to proposals and business development
• Present on clinical topics at regional/local conferences and NAMSA events
• Provide scope and information for proposal development and identify new business opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; global experience preferred
• Fluency in English and local language where applicable
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and clinical trial regulations
• Familiarity with medical device product development and the clinical trial process
• Experience in study management, data management, and biostatistics roles
• Understanding of protocol development, site management, DSMB/CEC, and regulatory inspections
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence clients; capable of presenting at inspections and meetings
• Proficiency in scheduling, prioritizing, and leading multi-priority projects
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (potential international travel)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
