Market Research Project Coordinator

Reporting to the managing team and Senior PM, they will be responsible for the following functions:

Coordinating international projects in Spain reporting to the Project Manager and Managing Directors
Dealing with suppliers (recruiters, translators and free-lance researchers) and clients
Translating documents from and into English
Attending briefs and debriefs online (and F2F when needed)
Management of online communities, groups and depth interviews, including tech needs that each project requires
Maintaining our affiliations with market research associations, CRM, and other databases

What we need from the candidate:
English/Spanish Bilingual - this is critical
Computing Skills: MS Office, Internet, Zoom and Teams
Happy to work with technology




Experience in administrative functions in multinational environment
Client and supplier oriented
Enjoys translating documents from English into Spanish and vice versa
Availability to travel
