As an Agile Space Project Manager at GMV, you lead ground-segment projects with a results-driven mindset, balancing traditional space milestones with agile delivery. You work within complex, multidisciplinary teams to align technical roadmaps with customer priorities and steer scope, schedule, and budget. You drive end-to-end delivery, managing risks and trade-offs across the program lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape incremental mission capabilities and contribute to agile transformation in the space sector.

Responsabilidades




• Experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering within the space sector
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ECSS standards
• Experience coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders and major industry primes
• Experience managing space projects in agile environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Focus on execution, delivery and results
• Proactive mindset, autonomy and decision-making capability
• Strong communication with customers and technical teams
• PMP certification, space operations and launchers experience, and proficiency in German, French or Italian are plus
