About the Job

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and grow affiliate partnerships across general markets. This role will focus on partner recruitment, channel performance, campaign optimization, and affiliate compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and grow affiliate channels, including publishers, influencers, review sites, coupon sites, and content partners.
- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional plans.
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, Awin, Rakuten, or similar platforms.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics, including conversion rate, CPA, ROI, order volume, and active partner growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize commission strategies, creatives, landing pages,



and partner collaboration models.
- Work closely with Content, Design, Product, Data, and Brand teams to support marketing campaigns and affiliate initiatives.
- Monitor affiliate compliance and address invalid traffic, brand bidding violations, unauthorized coupon use, and other policy breaches.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPS, CPA, and revenue share.
- Experience in partner recruitment, business negotiation, and relationship management.
- Basic data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, GA4, Looker, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI, conversion rate, and growth efficiency.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with the US, European, or other global markets.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, or paid media.
- Understanding of commission structures, fraud prevention, attribution models, and channel incrementality.
