Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead motion design across the Scopely Explore portfolio within the Flamed in-house agency, guiding a team of artists from concept to delivery. You shape visual direction, mentor peers, and ensure on-brand storytelling for key mobile-game IPs like Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, and Pikmin Bloom. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact, cinema-quality motion content. This position offers a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic, play-focused company at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead motion design projects from concept to final delivery for Scopely Explore portfolio
• Provide artistic and technical direction on motion design, animation, and compositing
• Review and guide vendors to align with visual identity and performance goals
• Mentor internal artists and support their creative/technical growth
• Contribute to visual development, style frames,



and storyboards to set artistic tone
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and artists to ensure quality and on-brand execution
• Maintain attention to detail and foster constructive cross-feedback environments

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in motion design/animation or related field
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong video reel demonstrating expert-level motion design and animation
• Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine and Photoshop
• Excellent art direction, storytelling, and visual taste
• Solid experience in team coordination in creative environments
• Excellent English communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and passion for creative excellence
