Experteer Overview
In this role you drive partner-led revenue for Netskope by managing a network of resellers and strategic VARs. You will collaborate with regional leaders to expand in defined territories and exceed quotas while shaping the regional channel program. You’ll enable partners through training, events, and tools, helping to align channel actions with Netskope’s cloud security leadership. This is an entrepreneurial, cross-functional role with a strong focus on scalable partner enablement and revenue growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Exceed territory quota
• Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship
• Lead business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Sales leadership to grow revenue via national and regional re-sellers
• Develop and implement regional business plans with input from Regional Sales Managers
• Recruit new partners in under-leveraged regions to maximize Netskope revenue potential
• Coordinate with Strategic National VARs at a field level




• Create tools and help develop internal processes for the channel program
• Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training, and inside sales alignment
• Demonstrate Netskope's competitive advantages to end users and partners
• Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience with resellers as a CAM or Account Manager
• Hunter mentality with ability to engage partner executives
• Executive-level relationships with key regional partners
• Experience with Netskope Strategic Partners: Optiv, Guidepoint, Presidio, AccessIT, Stratascale/SHI
• Understanding of the reseller business model and Netskope’s fit in it
• Team player capable of cross-functional collaboration
• Proven track record of success
• Expertise with Salesforce.com
• 60%+ travel required
