Experteer Overview
In this role, you design and govern Salesforce-based solutions for Sales and Marketing, aligning product requirements with enterprise standards. You lead the technology roadmap, oversee architecture governance, and drive adoption of new technologies while managing technical debt. You work closely with product teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, data-driven solutions within the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence. This is a chance to shape how Roche enables commercial excellence and compliant, patient-centered workflows at scale.

• Design Salesforce-driven solutions that meet product requirements and enterprise standards within the Salesforce Platform context
• Manage non-functional requirements and fitness functions, ensuring governance via Architecture Decision Records
• Maintain and evolve the architecture, roadmap, and current landscape; assess impacts on capabilities and risk
• Create conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, and ontologies for interfaces
• Define reference architectures and patterns; document ADRs
• Communicate complex concepts clearly; build consensus among stakeholders and drive information sharing




• Provide technical oversight and guidance on Salesforce technologies to product teams; improve solutions and manage technical debt
• Evaluate new technologies, pilot deployments, and drive platform value across Sales and Marketing processes

Responsabilidades
• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based Salesforce solutions
• Ability to maintain vision and roadmap for technical solutions and assess impacts on risk and landscapes
• Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and API/MCP-driven integrations
• Proficiency in creating data models, taxonomies, and ontologies
• Ability to define reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions
• Experience evaluating external tech trends and feasibility for the Salesforce Platform
• Experience in cloud-based enterprise platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Life Science Cloud
• Salesforce Architecture certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Life Science and Diagnostics CRM processes and relevant compliance like GxP and ICFR
