Experteer Overview
As On-Demand Finance Lead you own the vertical’s financial performance and growth strategy, from Pu0026amp;L to O2C operations. You’ll partner with Product, Tech, and commercial teams to shape fintech features and dynamic pricing, driving scalable, data-driven improvements. You operate with high visibility and autonomy, guiding a small finance team to deliver value across revenue and cost levers. This role combines finance leadership with product and automation initiatives to scale the on-demand business. You’ll contribute to shaping the future of Glovo’s fintech-enabled delivery platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end Pu0026L for On-Demand revenue and cost levers
• Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash workflows and invoicing processes
• Partner with Product u0026 Engineering to build fintech features and automate financial workflows
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to establish pricing strategies and commercial guidelines
• Lead and develop two Finance Analysts, setting goals and coaching




• Build scenario models and evaluate expansion opportunities
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and operational efficiency
• Support complex contract negotiations with data-driven insights

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting, or CFO-track roles in tech/marketplaces
• Proven Pu0026L ownership and modeling experience
• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-led analytical approach
• Executive presence with cross-functional stakeholder management
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Order-to-Cash, invoicing systems, and finance operations
• Working knowledge of SQL or willingness to build querying skills
• People management experience
• Experience with B2B pricing and dynamic/fixed pricing structures
• Process automation or AI interest or experience to streamline tasks
