Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and harmonize 3D aircraft models and product data across development lifecycles within the Engineering Department. You’ll ensure configuration control and alignment with design intent, collaborating with the DMU Coordinator and Mechanical Leader. The position involves DMU data integration, post-processing point clouds, and interface management with multiple departments. You will support project activities and help optimize environment creation for jet cabins and fuselages. This is a hybrid Madrid opportunity to shape digital aircraft representations for complex projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide a clear cabin/fuselage environment visualization per area
• Identify at-risk areas from DMU data and build the aircraft environment
• Define stay out zones (fuselage, soundproofing, doors)
• Determine OEM unit access keep-out zones and maintenance frequency
• Post-process 3D scanner point clouds to usable mesh for CAD
• Plan heat dissipation layout
• Perform room-level clash detection and gaps analysis
• Support compliance review with certification engineer




• Suggest weight saving and cost reduction opportunities
• Assist the lead with presentations and analyses
• Transfer and optimize 3D OEM data to Jet network for environment creation
• Develop DMU integration processes and tools
• Coordinate interfaces with multiple departments/teams
• Manage and refine DMU data across development lifecycles

Responsabilidades
• Degree or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of DMU Integration experience
• Proficiency with CAE and CAD tools (Siemens NX, Teamcenter, AutoCAD or similar)
• CFD knowledge is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (B2+)
