Experteer Overview
In this role, you will provide pragmatic privacy guidance to internal teams and support the implementation of privacy programs across the global DH group. You will help balance business goals with regulatory standards, mitigating risks while enabling growth. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to advance privacy initiatives and governance. This is an opportunity to shape data protection outcomes at a global scale within a leading delivery platform. You will join a proactive team focused on responsible use of data and AI governance.

• Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
• Deliver risk-based privacy guidance for new products, initiatives, and changes
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct privacy due diligence for third-party onboarding and Mu0026A
• Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities; perform DPIAs
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and internal procedures
• Support communications to DH Group management board, supervisory board,



and leadership teams
• Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation efforts
• Manage investigations or fines with data protection authorities and strategic mitigation planning
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of experience in data protection / privacy or related areas
• Law degree (Bachelor or comparable)
• EU privacy law certification is a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO)
• Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German is a plus
• Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and collaborative
