In this Associate Product Manager role, you’ll support the Investments team to shape and expand core wealth-building offerings for retail users. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and external partners to deliver customer-centric features that navigate a complex regulatory landscape. The role blends hands-on product execution with learning, offering impact through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. This is a chance to contribute to accessible financial products that empower users to improve their money management and long-term goals.

• Co-own and align the team roadmap with broader wealth-building goals
• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration
• Serve as a central liaison among engineering, design, compliance and legal to ensure compliant, scalable delivery

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in a product team or 3+ years in customer-facing roles collaborating with product teams
• Fintech experience preferred
• Deep user empathy and ability to translate financial concepts into simple user journeys
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance; managing external B2B relationships
• Strong ability to interpret investment data, market trends, and user insights for product decisions
