Experteer Overview
In this role you will coordinate and oversee clinical trial projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and report progress to senior management. You will develop team capability and drive continuous improvement across projects. This is a values-driven opportunity to contribute to ICON’s mission of accelerating access to new therapies. • Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective collaboration
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to leadership

Responsabilidades
• Solid project and programme management experience
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, focused on continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel ~30%
