Position: Sales Agent (Flexible Packaging) – Europe

Dongwon Systems is looking for a Sales Agent to discover potential clients to our flexible packaging across Europe.

This is a service contract role for an individual with strong networks in the Food or Pet Food industries, particularly those with experience in procurement, sourcing, packaging purchasing, or business development.

We are a global manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, specializing in high-quality pouches and roll stock for the food and pet food industries.

Our target customers include :

- Food manufacturers / retailers
- Pet food manufacturers / retailers

(BOX Pouch for dry pet food/Retort Pouch for wet food)

- Co-packers (e.g. OEM packaging companies)

Role Description

- Identify and develop new customers to our versátil packaging products, particularly within the food & pet food industry
- Use your existing network within the pet food, food, and packaging sectors to generate business opportunities
- Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, packaging development, R&D;, and product development teams at pet food manufacturers and co-packers
- Drive sales activities and support execution of sales strategies
- Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback,



especially regarding trends in the pet food packaging / food packaging market

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in the Pet Food, Food, Packaging, or related industries
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, packaging development, or business development roles strongly preferred
- Established network within the food or pet food industry in the applicable country
- Intermediate - fluent English proficiency
- Understanding of flexible packaging materials and applications for food / pet food products is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively under a contract-based structure
- Must be located in the country of your application

Contract & Compensation

- Service contract (independent agent, not a full-time employment role)
- Compensation structure: Commission-based or Base + Commission (negotiable)
- Flexible working hours and remote work
