In this role you will lead the deployment of Design for Reliability and Robustness (DfSR) across multiple product squads for modular data centers, embedding safety and reliability into product design. You will drive risk assessments and cultivate a culture of excellence in design practices. The position sits within the Data Center Systems LOB, aligning reliability engineering with customer value and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on role shaping robust, safe, and scalable data center solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in engineering or quality with emphasis on DfSR/DfSS in data center systems
• Proficiency in ReliaSoft tools and experience in Agile product development environments
• Strong customer orientation and application knowledge
• Excellent intercultural communication and collaboration skills
