As we expand across Spain, Europe, and Latin America, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development SDR to join our growing team.

This is more than a sales role it's an opportunity to work directly with the founders, build strategic partnerships, and help scale an innovative AI startup with general ambitions.

What you'll do

- Identify and engage universities, employers, and strategic partners
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build relationships through strategic outreach, LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking
- Book meetings and support product demonstrations
- Represent MyTrencher at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
- Help grow our commercial pipeline and expand our international presence

What we're looking for

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, or EdTech B2B SaaS sales




- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) – essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- An interest in AI, education, innovation, or technology
