In this role you translate laboratory and business requirements into clear deliverables for a chromatography data processing platform. You optimize analytical workflows, ensure compliance with EU environmental testing standards, and collaborate with lab leaders, product, IT, finance, and commercial teams to standardize processes. You will drive data capture, processing, QC, and reporting across GC, LC, ICP and MS workflows, contributing to quality, efficiency, and regulatory alignment. • Product/Requirements Ownership for Chromatography Data System software, including BRD/URD, requirements refinement, and backlog grooming
• Lead EU-regional UAT, sign-off, and change management for new features and workflow updates
• Cross-functional collaboration to harmonize chromatography data workflows across EU sites




• Process Optimization u0026 Quality Alignment, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, and EA accreditation standards
• Data, Reporting u0026 Financial Insight through dashboards and budgeting/forecasting support

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, lab operations, or scientific settings
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile (Jira/Confluence)
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS in laboratory informatics
• Excellent communication and facilitation across multi-cultural EU teams
• Working knowledge of EU environmental testing compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, EA)
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel (SQL/BI tools a plus)
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
