Experteer Overview
As DevOps Lead, you own the end-to-end DevOps strategy and governance for Allianz in a Pocket, shaping program-wide standards across multiple teams. You will standardize tooling, oversee risk and security governance, and ensure consistent CI/CD, observability, and incident management. You’ll drive KPI alignment, dashboards, and DR planning while engaging with cross-country teams. This role offers impact at scale, enabling secure, reliable software delivery through a unified DevOps agenda.

• Define and own end-to-end DevOps strategy across teams; standardize tooling and align practices into a program-wide approach
• Own security and risk governance within Allianz's risk framework for DevOps-owned controls
• Define program-wide CI/CD standards and manage environment strategy across dev/test/staging/prod
• Lead observability strategy, alerts, capacity planning, and cost monitoring across teams
• Define and manage the program's DevOps KPIs, dashboards, and SLA reporting
• Own end-to-end incident management and post-mortem processes with cross-team support
• Accountable for disaster recovery planning, targets, testing cadence across distributed environments




• Define release and change governance, including deployment windows and rollback strategies
• Champion AI-assisted DevOps tooling adoption to improve automation and incident response

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• At least 3 years leading DevOps strategy and governance across multiple teams
• Experience with incident management at scale in regulated or high-availability contexts
• Cross-team leadership and stakeholder management without full formal authority
• Hands-on observability, capacity planning, and FinOps-aware cost management
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and environment management
• Experience standardizing tooling across diverse tech stacks; Kubernetes, cloud platforms
• Security governance experience related to DevOps (threat modeling, access lifecycle, compliance)
• Proficient communication in English; active use of AI-assisted engineering tools
