Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen the supplier base and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet Hitachi Energy and customer requirements, leading quality activities that mitigate risk and enhance performance. You’ll contribute to improved quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness while shaping supplier development and operational excellence. • Lead supplier and material qualification and approval processes
• Drive Supplier Qualification, PPAP, and Supplier Classification activities
• Manage supplier non-conformities and validate corrective actions
• Analyze supplier quality KPIs including PPM, COPQ, audits, and claims
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews
• Partner with Procurement and Engineering on supplier selection and industrialization activities
• Support new product introductions, design changes,



supplier transfers, and process changes
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments within Quality, Engineering, SCM, or Supplier Management
• Proven experience managing supplier quality issues, corrective actions, audits, and supplier development programs
• Solid knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, DMAIC, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, Cp and Cpk
• Experience working with ERP systems and quality management tools; SAP knowledge is required
• Advanced English communication skills
