We’re Hiring: Paid Media Specialist (Agency Experience)

Madrid | Barcelona/ Hybrid

At Bucksense, we’re growing fast and looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead high-impact general campaigns.

If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and enjoy optimizing campaigns end-to-end—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Own and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation
- Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies
- Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and continuously improve results
- Monitor key metrics like CPL, conversion rate, and ROI




- Turn data into insights and actionable strategies

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Experience managing campaigns from strategy to optimization
- Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and GA4
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data
- Fluent English (must have)
