Experteer Overview
In this role you will translate lab and business needs into deliverables for a chromatography data processing platform. You will optimize analytical workflows to boost quality and efficiency while ensuring EU environmental testing standards compliance. You will partner with lab leaders, product, IT, finance and commercial teams to standardize processes and guide feature delivery for data capture, processing, QC, review, and reporting. This position offers impact across EU environmental testing, with a focus on GC, LC, ICP and MS workflows, in a global team based in Almeria.

• Assess EU environmental testing market and regulatory expectations to identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities
• Support EU-focused pricing, client segmentation, and demand modeling to inform product priorities
• Recommend improvements to turnaround time, analytical quality, data reliability, and regulatory alignment
• Serve as primary liaison between EU lab stakeholders and product development; refine BRD/URD and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into designs and support backlog grooming
• Lead EU regional UAT,



business sign-off, and change management for new features
• Harmonize chromatography data workflows across EU sites and facilitate SME workshops
• Map current vs future workflows, ensure alignment with QA documents and EU frameworks, and support audits and CAPAs
• Build dashboards for performance, throughput and QC metrics; support budgeting and operational reviews

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor level degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years as BI analyst or product owner/analyst in software, lab operations, or scientific environments
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional docs in Agile (Jira/Confluence)
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS in laboratory informatics
• Excellent communication across multi-cultural EU teams
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, and EA accreditation frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; strong analytical ability; proficient in Excel (SQL/BI tools a plus)
• English proficiency, written and spoken
