As Passenger Charter Broker in Madrid, you drive end-to-end charter projects from initial inquiry to flight setup. You will balance client needs with market options, negotiating terms to deliver tailored, profitable solutions. You’ll build and manage a portfolio of clients while actively pursuing new leads through networking and referrals. You work closely with aircraft providers, operations, and finance to ensure compliant, timely charter delivery. This role offers exposure to a general aviation brand and opportunities to shape growth in the Spanish-Portuguese markets.

• Coordinate all flight stages from inquiry to booking and flight setup.
• Log quotes and manage offers using in-house systems.
• Negotiate with aircraft providers to obtain best value.
• Ensure contracts, insurance, and regulatory compliance are met.
• Verify supplier contracts and CF charter terms are followed.
• Issue flight briefs with complete flight details for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and suppliers to meet requirements.




• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and new leads to maximize business.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, and financial records in in-house systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales activities.
• Conduct cold outreach to develop a broader client portfolio.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in the Air Charter Industry
• Familiarity with the local Madrid/Spanish-Portuguese market
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive business development
• Experience with negotiations, contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with in-house systems for quotes, documentation, and CRM
• Strong communication and results-driven mindset
