Experteer Overview
In this role you will support GE Vernova’s Electrification AI Transformation Program by stewarding financial operations, budget tracking, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights. You will lead standard work, Lean initiatives, and AI-enabled automation to boost efficiency and transparency. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, define KPIs, and deliver automated leadership-ready insights. This is a chance to shape scalable processes and contribute to a sustainable, low-carbon energy future.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Track and consolidate program budgets across multiple projects for accuracy and transparency
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Define and track project/program-level KPIs and provide visibility into financial and operational performance
• Prepare automated weekly reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership
• Provide regular status updates on project health, deliverables, and progress against plan
• Lead creation, documentation, and implementation of Standard Work for consistency and scalability
• Identify gaps and opportunities for Lean and process transformation




• Identify and advance automation/AI opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions
• Coordinate with Program Lead on strategic priorities, Councils, Kaizens, and key initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, PM, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure execution

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience in PMO, Finance, Business Operations, or technical/IT Operations
• Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve processes or drive efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with Lean experience and process improvement
• Highly organized with proven budget tracking and cross-functional coordination
• Advanced Excel/Power BI and familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication skills
