Experteer Overview
In this role, you support global SAP Concur rollouts and the deployment of Liebherr's travel and expense template across multiple countries. You join an international, cross-functional team driving digital transformation and process standardization in a hybrid Madrid setting. You will translate requirements into Concur configurations, lead workshops, and enable user adoption while ensuring alignment with the integral template. You contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions that reinforce Liebherr’s worldwide operations.

• Support rollout and implementation of SAP Concur based on the global template
• Translate local requirements into fit-to-template Concur configurations (Travel u0026 Expense, approvals, policies)
• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders across all project phases
• Conduct fit-to-template workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
• Support change management and user adoption for Concur processes
• Create solution documentation using JIRA and Confluence
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions





Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of professional experience with SAP Concur or Travel u0026 Expense solutions
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel)
• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes in multinational environments and integration with ERP solutions
• Ability to translate business challenges into SAP solutions that drive efficiency
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for task management and collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
• SAP Concur certification is a plus
