Experteer Overview
In this role you design, build, and deliver AI- and data-driven solutions for clients, aligning with business goals and measurable outcomes. You’ll work within the Iberia-based EME AI Delivery Hub, collaborating across a cross-functional team to drive GenAI transformations and scale AI capabilities on Microsoft Azure. You will guide clients through problem framing, data exploration, model development, and deployment, shaping practical AI applications like LLM-based tools, NLP, and predictive analytics. This position offers hands-on engineering, knowledge sharing, and opportunity to influence client operations and career growth.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and deliver end-to-end Data Science and AI solutions from understanding to deployment and monitoring
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured data
• Develop, train, evaluate,



and optimize ML and DL models with appropriate algorithms and validation
• Contribute to Generative AI solutions including LLM-based apps, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and NLP use cases
• Translate business problems into analytical formulations and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare client presentations, demos, and proposals highlighting analytical insights and AI value
• Stay updated with advances in DS, ML, DL and GenAI and share knowledge within the team
• Contribute to reusable assets like templates, frameworks, and training materials
• Collaborate with senior team members and architects to identify AI opportunities to transform client operations
