Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stage waarin je jouw academische kennis in de praktijk brengt én meewerkt aan innovatieve vraagstukken? Bij SPR-Solutions bieden we studenten de ruimte om onderzoek te doen naar onder andere recruitment, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie,

procesoptimalisatie en salesstrategieën. Daarnaast werk je mee aan echte recruitmentvraagstukken met maatschappelijke impact, zodat je bijdraagt aan oplossingen die er in de praktijk daadwerkelijk toe doen.

Wat kun je verwachten? Bij SPR-Solutions krijg je veel vrijheid om jouw stage vorm te geven op basis van jouw leerdoelen en onderzoeksvragen. Of je nu een kwantitatief onderzoek wilt uitvoeren naar recruitmentprocessen of een kwalitatieve analyse wilt maken van markt- en salesstrategieën: jouw ideeën staan centraal.

De eerste maand van je stage staat volledig in het teken van je schoolopdracht, zodat je alle ruimte hebt om je onderzoek goed op te zetten. Vanaf 5 oktober ga je daarnaast meewerken binnen de organisatie: je gaat aan de slag met concrete recruitmentvraagstukken en brengt jouw kennis actief in de praktijk, met impact op zowel onze klanten als de kandidaten die wij helpen aan werk.

Mogelijke focusgebieden voor jouw onderzoeksstage:

- Recruitment & sourcingprocessen Analyseer en optimaliseer methodes om de juiste kandidaten te identificeren en aan te trekken.
- Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie Onderzoek hoe employer branding en marketingstrategieën de zichtbaarheid en aantrekkingskracht van vacatures vergroten.
- Sales & business development Ontwikkel innovatieve benaderingen om onze (internationale) klantenkring verder uit te breiden.
- Organisatieontwikkeling Doe onderzoek naar procesverbetering en de impact van onze dienstverlening op klanttevredenheid.

Wie zoeken wij?

- Studenten die op zoek zijn naar een onderzoeks- of projectstage binnen HR, Sales, Organisatiekunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Analytische en nieuwsgierige denkers die initiatief durven nemen.
- Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in Nederlands en/of Engels.
- Beschikbaar voor een periode van minimaal 4 maanden.

Are you looking for a challenging internship where you can put your academic knowledge into practice while contributing to innovative projects? At SPR-Solutions, we give students the space to conduct research into topics such as recruitment, labour market communication, process optimisation and sales strategies. On top of that, you'll work on real recruitment challenges with social impact, so you contribute to solutions that genuinely matter in practice.

What can you expect?

At SPR-Solutions, you have a lot of freedom to shape your internship around your own learning goals and research questions. Whether you want to carry out quantitative research into recruitment processes or a qualitative analysis of market and sales strategies:



your ideas take centre stage.

The first month of your internship is fully dedicated to your school assignment, giving you plenty of room to properly set up your research. From 5 October onwards, you'll also start contributing within the organisation: you'll get hands-on with real recruitment challenges and apply your knowledge in practice, with an impact on both our clients and the candidates we help find work.

Possible focus areas for your research internship:

- Recruitment & sourcing processes
- Analyse and optimise methods for identifying and attracting the right candidates.
- Labour market communication
- Research how employer branding and marketing strategies increase the visibility and appeal of job vacancies.
- Sales & business development
- Develop innovative approaches to further expand our (international) client base.
- Organisational development
- Research process improvement and the impact of our services on client satisfaction.
