Experteer Overview
As Product Manager for the Openbank mobile app, you shape the end-to-end product experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will own the roadmap for your customer journey, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive measurable outcomes from discovery to delivery. You help simplify complex banking journeys and align the squad with business and regulatory goals. This is a hands-on role that blends customer insight, data, and experimentation to improve activation, engagement and satisfaction.

• Own the roadmap and prioritisation for a product area or customer journey within the Openbank app
• Align the squad with Engineering, Design, Data and business partners around clear customer and business outcomes
• Define and track product metrics across activation, engagement, conversion, retention, self-service and customer satisfaction
• Lead product discovery using customer feedback, UX research, product data and experimentation
• Identify customer friction and opportunities to simplify banking journeys
• Translate customer and business needs into hypotheses, MVPs,



product requirements and success criteria
• Prioritise based on customer value, business impact, regulation, technical feasibility and strategic alignment
• Drive products and features through delivery, launch and optimisation, using evidence to steer direction
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure a consistent, connected app experience

Responsabilidades
• +4-6 years in product management, owning consumer app experiences end-to-end
• Experience with a cross-functional squad in a complex, product-led organisation
• Strong product sense and track record of simple, intuitive mobile-first experiences
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into shipped products with measurable outcomes
• Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated digital environment (preferred)
• Fluent in English
