As a Specialist IT Endpoint Management, you design and operate secure endpoint architectures to enable a resilient digital workplace. You work across countries with the IT team to implement security and compliance, while driving improvements in endpoint technology and processes. You will lead endpoint projects from design through deployment and support, contributing to standards and roadmaps. This role offers hands-on impact on security, compliance, and user experience within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

• Design and govern a secure endpoint management environment with target architectures and governance
• Embed security, compliance, and regulatory requirements into endpoint architectures and processes
• Evaluate and implement new endpoint technologies to enhance the digital workplace
• Lead endpoint management projects from planning to operational handover
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex endpoint incidents and problem management
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 endpoint services
• Configure and optimize device policies, compliance policies, and security controls




• Monitor endpoint compliance, coordinate remediation, and support device lifecycle
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Coordinate interfaces between IT Security, Infrastructure, Workplace Services, and Operations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with security requirements

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of English (C1)
