As Director of Passenger Charter – Iberia in Madrid, you will lead regional passenger charter strategy execution, driving growth and market leadership. You will build strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve business objectives, aligning regional plans with the VP PAX - EU. You will lead the broking and sales teams, monitor KPIs, and expand the Iberia market through proactive development. This role offers visibility within a integral aviation group and a chance to shape Iberia’s charter presence.

• Develop and implement Passenger Sales Strategies for Iberia in line with VP PAX - EU
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers to generate business
• Drive growth, meet sales targets and gross profit KPIs
• Design strategic sales plans with VP PAX - EU to expand customer base
• Lead and support regional broking teams and optimize the broking process
• Monitor monthly progress against strategies and report to VP PAX - EU
• Identify opportunities in new and existing markets and manage client portfolio
• Negotiate incentives and marketing agreements with clients




• Collaborate with Passenger Brokers and Sales Managers to provide information and support
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within the Chapman Freeborn group to strengthen market presence

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in passenger air charter broking and sales, ideally with strong knowledge of the Iberian market
• Proven track record of developing new business, growing revenue and achieving ambitious sales and gross profit targets
• Strong experience building and managing strategic client relationships and identifying client requirements
• Demonstrated leadership in developing sales teams and driving performance
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience in regional sales strategies and market growth initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Solid understanding of the air charter brokering process and aviation market dynamics
