Beginning its journey 28 years’ ago, with a fleet of only three buses, Big Bus Tours has swiftly expanded to a global fleet of over 400 hundred open-top buses, turning 5 million tourists into explorers, every year.

We are looking for a number of passionate and dynamic Tour Bus Drivers to join Big Bus Tours on a permanent, part-time or seasonal basis. The main responsibility of a Tour Bus Driver is to drive our customers on designated routes in Madrid, and to prioritize safety and maintain a high standard of driving. To ensure that the companies schedules and routes are followed. Report on time to the depot (or office) as scheduled in company uniform




Perform and complete walk-round checks / pre-trip inspection of assigned bus for Tour including checking if bus is clean and ready to receive passengers
Follow the given route and instructions as scheduled
Stop at every bus stop on the route (regardless of whether passengers are present)
Report any incidents or accidents immediately per company policy

Have a adaptable approach to work

Excellent driving skills
Valid driver’s licence for Spain and all the relevant driving cards/paperwork
Knowledge of basic English language would be desirable but not a must
Availability for test driving and interview in Getafe, Madrid
