Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize chromatography data workflows and ensure EU environmental testing compliance by translating lab and business needs into actionable deliverables. You will bridge EU laboratories with product and engineering teams to standardize processes and deliver features for chromatography data capture, processing, QC, and reporting. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams across Europe to improve turnaround time, data reliability, and regulatory alignment. This position offers the chance to shape analytics workflows that support safe, compliant environmental testing at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, laboratory operations, or scientific environments
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile (e.g., Jira/Confluence)
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS in laboratory informatics
• Excellent communication and facilitation across multi‑cultural EU teams
• Working knowledge of EU environmental testing compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, EA)
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel (SQL/BI tools a plus)
