YOUR TASKS

* Own the execution of quarterly and sprint-level delivery against a roadmap
and priorities set by the Head of Product
* Lead all Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros, refinement)




* Break down epics and feature requests into well-defined tickets, owning
prioritization of tasks and bugs within the scope given by the Head of
Product
* Proactively report delays, risks, and blockers before they become problems
* Own product documentation end to end — always current, always accurate
* Own the release/versioning process — ensure every version change is fully and
correctly documented
* Query the database and use data-model knowledge to validate bug reports,
assess data-quality issues, and write tickets with full technical detail
* Act as the execution layer between product strategy and engineering delivery

YOUR PROFILE

* 3+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical PM, or Scrum Master
role with hands-on sprint execution ownership
* Proven track record leading Agile ceremonies and driving sprints to on-time
delivery
* Strong Jira proficiency — ticket writing, epic b
