Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver high-quality language-engineering work for Polish or French, within a fast-moving AI program. You’ll write code and prompts, generate and audit data, run evaluations, and review peers to improve the assistant’s understanding and responses. You’ll contribute to scalable, LLM-assisted workflows and localization efforts, working hands-on in a structured, execution-focused environment. This is an opportunity to shape region-specific language features and evaluation standards within a global AI platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and audit Polish or French language data and prompts
• Build and maintain LLM-assisted tooling to automate repetitive tasks
• Execute locale evaluations and produce native-speaker quality reports
• Contribute to speech-related improvements (phonetics, pronunciation, lexicon)
• Enhance language features for dates, times, locations, and event extraction
• Review data contributions from specialists for quality and accuracy
• Create and review evaluation and test sets representing regional usage and idioms




• Support cross-functional collaboration within defined task boundaries

Responsabilidades
• Native Polish or French with strong regional cultural knowledge
• Fluent professional English
• Solid software engineering, especially Python scripting; comfortable with Git and command line
• Ability to read, write, and debug code; critical evaluation of AI outputs
• Foundation in NLP / machine learning concepts (classification, IR, data quality, evaluation metrics)
• Autonomous, self-prioritizing, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and collaborative
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
